Your morning coffee and your evening dessert just teamed up. This bold, grown-up mix-in turns your vanilla base into a scoopable affogato with a smooth kick of caffeine.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint spun Mix Max Vanilla Base

  • 1 shot cooled espresso (or strong brewed coffee)

  • 1 tsp dark chocolate shavings or cocoa nibs

Steps

  1. Spin your Mix Max pint.

  2. Pour the cooled espresso shot over the ice cream.

  3. Sprinkle chocolate shavings or nibs on top.

  4. Stir lightly to create ribbons of coffee goodness.

  5. Spoon, sip, smile.
